Do You Know of a Cemetery in Belarus or Ukraine That You Would Like to See Listed in a Burial Catalog ?

CATALOG OF JEWISH BURIAL PLACES OF BELARUS & UKRAINE

Hi All,
Regarding my recent posting about 12 Belarus cemeteries [ http://yourjewishgem.blogspot.com/2017/04/belarus-jewish-cemeteries-burials.html ] I  received the following comment from Benjamin B. that some of you may be interested in .

Benjamin B commented on a post:

"Hello Marilyn. Thank you for you post about us. We have more than 30.000 burials in catalogue. An we'll continue with new cemeteries.
Now we starting work with Ukraine.
If you want us to add a new one or more Jewish cemetery on the territory of Belarus and Ukraine into our catalogue, you can send us your request, it’s completely free.
To add a Cemetery you are interested in to the Catalog as soon as possible, we need the following information:
1) The name and full address of the cemetery (country, city, street (if known));
2) Indicative years of burial;
3) Condition of the cemetery (well-groomed / abandoned);
4) Approximate number of graves.
Also you can always contact us for help to take care of any of the graves listed in the Catalog, or any other in Belarus or Ukraine.”

Benjamin didn’t give an email address, but there is a “Contact Us” button on the site (on the top, blue section, 2nd from the right) https://mitzvatemet.com/en/

Please be aware that I am not familiar with the organization on this catalogue site or Benjamin B. Therefore, I do not know whether or not it is a legitimate entity; and cannot be responsible for any potential misrepresentations, financial or otherwise.

Furthermore, please do not contact me with any information or questions. Use the modified contact information added below. I have no association or affiliation with this catalogue site, and know nothing more than what I have posted.
