1941-1944-WWII DEAD/MISSING SOLDIERS: THOSE WHO DIED IN KARELIA

There are more than 130,300 names of soldiers (Jews and non-Jews) from throughout the USSR on this part of the Russian site, OBD. The list includes names, DOB/year, military rank, position, birth place, date of death, place of burial, scanned supporting documents, place of recruitment, person notified of death, last place of service, etc. Not all information is available for all individuals. There is advanced search available, but I believe that it must be done in Cyrillic (Russian): http://obd-pobeda.karelia.ru/search.
