It is based on "The Importance of the Jews in World Trade"--12/4/1909 (newspaper, "Eletskaya Life", #6) (Spelling and abbreviations are as used in the article, the streets are the translation of the Russian names. I'm not sure what "D" represents, possibly "district"??).
