The Argentine colonists, former natives of Tauride province, went to Argentina in 1894. Upon arrival, they saw terrible conditions, disliked the climate, & did not take foreign citizenship.  They received approval  to return to Russia, arriving in Odessa in early November, where they were arrested, pending the settlement provisions by the Ministry of Interior.
