Many of the graves were damaged or destroyed, resulting both from a September 1927 earthquake and, a year later, heavy rainfall in September 1928.

Mangupli: Iosif Isaakovich Sara Anisimona (wife)		Merchant/owner—shoe accessories business	1941: Age 52 Age 47	Family died first day of war, 6/22/1941 when a German mine exploded hitting Podgorny Street. They lived at #34. Iosif lost voting privileges in March, 1927. Iosif was in military service as a private in  the 53rd Infantry Reg.; taken prisoner during WWI, remaining in Austria until 1918.

Pura- Abram Isaakovich: born 1891, died in Jan. 1937, Drafted into military in 1912 (152 Taman Regiment), WWI (1914) was captured & interned in Germany, where he remained until 1919. Joined Red Army until 1921. Became a co-owner of a mill. Deprived of electoral rights in 1926.

Pantofelya/Pantofel-Moisey Borisovich—Born 1878 or 1879 in Sevastopol. tradesman, bookbinder, lived on street
