(3-2)The Vilna City Police Department searched for a “leave ticket” (certificate of enrollment in the reserve) for the execution of military service by the Vilnius tradesman, Meer Shmuelev Vilkorishcho, issued in 1896 by the County District Military Governor. [In the event of loss or destruction it was necessary to immediately declare this to the accounting institution.]

(3-2)The Vilnius City Police Administration was looking for the owners of the following items taken from Moisey Shokher: two silver teaspoons, silver sugar tongs, silver matchbox, and gold men’s watches, broken gold keychain.
