RUDKOV Yuda-Khaim Ovshievich--on birth & death records.

RUDKOV Puda-Khaim Shaevich--on the draft list.

Despite an obvious typo & the rabbi's certification that Jews did not have the name, "Puda", Rudkov was declared as an evader & the family was fined. The decision was appealed & the fine was cancelled....

KURITSKY, Leyzer-Itsyk Girsh-Leibov had died but was included in the draft list because his father, not being informed that his late son was being called up for military service, had not submitted a metrical death certificate. The father's residence was discovered after the recruitment notice, when the deceased was included in the evader list, & the father was fined....
