Lists of graduates, teachers, students, & matriculation registers are available online through the State Historical Archive of Latvia. The information is in Latvian. Use your online translator (ex. Google Chrome's translation extension) to change the information to the language of your choice. You will need to register on the archive in order to access the records. ( https://raduraksti.arhivi.lv/signup )

An index to the lists has four options:

graduates [diplomi],

teacher lists [pasniedzeju lietas],

student lists (alphabetical, [studentu lietas]),

matriculation registers (include student names, birth places, birth dates; fathers' information, coursework, etc., [studentu saraksts]).

Click on the option of your choice.  https://raduraksti.arhivi.lv/collections/1:7
