Part 1: Recruit Gdal Mikhelev Bely--complaint against Kremenchug district for his 1912 draft.
Part 2: Recruit Azriel Moiseev Levina--complaint against the Kremenchug dist. for his 1912 draft.
Part 3: Tradesman Shabsa Elev Korsunsky--complaint against the Kremenchug dist. for the admission of his son, Avrum-Itsko for his 1912 draft, declaring his residence to be on Kherson St. in Kremenchug, Siroty home.
Part 4: Tradesman Abram-Elya Yankel-Kopelev Botvinik--complaint against Ramenskoye, which wrongly granted him a draft deferment from 1912 to 1913, notified that his residence was on Panskaya St. in Romny.
Part 19: Complaint of tradeswoman, Khana Movshova Aronova, against Romenskoye for not granting benefits to her son, Movshe Gershov Aronov in the 1912 appeal, while her husband Gersh & stepson, Khaim-Zelman (age 26) were unable to work. Address--Pokrovskaya St., Tkachev home.
Part 25: Complaint of the tradesman Nokhim Libman against the Kremenchug dist. regarding his incorrect examination...declared by his residence as in the city of Kremenchug.
Part 27: Complaint of tradesman Gershon Bas against the Kremenchug dist. in recognition of him as able-bodied on Nov. 12, 1912, declared his residence as his own home in the city of Kremenchug behind the Embankment on Annenskaya St.
Part 29: Moisey Divinsky--complaint against the Pereyaslavskoe dist. for recognizing him as able-bodied, notified that his residence was in Boryspil.
Part 30: Complaint of townsman Mendel Byblin against Mirgorodsky dist. which recognized him as able-bodied on Nov. 4, 1912...declared his residence in Mirgorod

Tradesman Froim Shlemov Dunaevsky--complaint against the Kremenchug dist. for the adoption of his son, David-Leizer into the 1912 draft.
Part 60: Cherkasy townswoman, Shifra Dinkevich--complaint against the Kremenchug dist. for refusing to grant benefits to her grandson, Moisey Kaplan, as the only one able to work with his grandfather & wife, while, on May 13, 1886, David Halperin, assigned to her husband's family as a foster child, cannot be honored as a foster child. He has been missing since 1897...Notification of residence in the city of Kremenchug, 34 Pavlovskaya St.
Part 69: Petition of the student of the Kiev Commercial Institute, Elya Nisonov Vasilevsky, to extend the grace period for graduation until the 1913 draft. Zenkovskoe dist. was subject to conscription in 1910.
Part 71: Kremenchug dist. reported that on March 14, 1912, the age of the son of Gradizh tradesman, Shimon-Moisey Danielev Grudsky, was 17 years old by October 1, 1912, based on his appearance. But, Jews notified the 1st precinct that he was much older.
Part 72: Tradesman, Yusif Borukhov Gildenberg--complaint against Kremenchug dist for his enrollment in the 1st category militia when conscripted in 1912. Yusif & Khaim Gildenberg were called up for the draft in 1912, & Yusif was enlisted in the militia with a deferral; Khaim was recruited...declared by residence in the city of Kremenchug, 29 Kharcheva St.
Part 76, 155: Regarding the re-examination of the young soldier Ber Gurari, who is on a one-year leave, confirmed in the Khorolsky dist.

Part 82: Zolotonoshsky dist.--A new trial was set for the complaint by tradesman Benjamin Beletsky, about his release from military service since he had been living in the city of Novaya Bukhar with his father since 1900. He was listed as a tradesman of the town of Zolotonosha.
Part 86: Shimon & Itska Vernikov--complaint against Zolotonosha dist. for refusing to remove the fine against them for the failure of Yuda-Leiba Vernik (son of Shimon & brother of Itska) to appear for the 1912 draft. He didn't appear due to the illness of his uncle & father of his bride, Aizik Kotkovsky. Yudka disappeared; on November 6 he was detained at the railway station. (Art. Dnipro-Krasnoe). Declared by residence in the village of Drabove/Drabiv.
Part 96: Tradesman Grigory Aronov Yusevich--complaint against the Poltava dist. for his admission into the military, 1st precinct draft in 1912. He received a reprieve as the accused until the end of the case... declaring his residence in the city of Poltava, in Podol, Lunts house

Part 98: Tradesman David Itskov Freidman--complaint agains Lokhvitsky dist. for his recruitment
Part 99: Tradesman, Bentsion Shor--complaint against the Kremenchug dist. for the drafting of his son, Yosel-Leizer, into the military...declared his residence in the city of Kremenchug
Part 111: David Abramovich Zelensky, 5th year student of the Medical Faculty of the Imperial University of St. Vladimir, born July 20, 1885, conscripted in 1906, 1st draft precinct of the Constantinograd dist., volunteer, initial deferral until July 20, 1912, additional until December 15, 1913.
Part 114: Moisey Nokhimov Kostyukovsky, 2nd year student of the Odessa Mill Technical School. Born August 3, 1890, conscripted in 1911, 5th recruiting precinct of the Kremenchug dist., by lottery, initial deferral until Aug. 3, 1912, additional until 1915 conscription.
Part 115: Gersh Zelmanov-Meerov Kagan, Kiev Art School student, b. Jan, 7 1888, conscripted in 1909, 1st draft precinct of the Romny dist., volunteer, initial deferral until 1912, additional until June 15, 1914.

Part 124: Complaint of the tradesman Avram Prusovsky, regarding the rejection of Priluksky county person Shlema Barsky on Nov. 19, 1912...notified residence in the village of Yaroshovka/Yaroshevka, Blotnitskaya volost.
Part 125: Complaint of the tradesman Movshi-Gershi Yaesa against Romensky/Romny dist for the rejection of these persons... to declare residence in Kovner house, Romny
