T. 22/31/4. Daniel Meilech Gross, son of Mortka & Serel. Jewish. Born June 21, 1874 in Nienadowka, Kolbuszow, he resided in Zalesie. Lancut. In 1914 he was drafted into a regiment of the former Austrian army. After the fall of Przemysl in 1915, he disappeared. Proceedings were implemented to declare him dead. The court has been repeatedly requested to decide on the declaration of death.

Against the unclaimed inheritance of Mojzesz Kuehnreich/Kuhnreich, a Chrzanowice merchant, a complaint for payment was brought to the local court in Krakow by Jan Bujak, an official of the Zinc Works in Trzebinia. To protect the inheritance rights,  Dr. Silbiger, a Krakow lawyer was appointed curator.
