On a Russian language site, by VA Zausaylov, he begins a list of merchants, Jews and non-Jews. The list begins at: http://elets-history.ru/jiteli_elica/kupci_elica_na_a/index.htm. First and last names and occupations are included as well as some locations of the merchants' businesses.
A list of some of the Jews or possible Jews are:
Chaim Kaplan, Yankel Krol, Dov Levinson, Joseph Lakin, Malka Leikin, Abraham Livshits, Hershke Segal, Movsho Taitslin, Tepelbaum, Teitelbaum, Hirsch Zeitlin, et al.
