A list of 40 Jewish cemeteries (Russia, Ukraine) or those where Jew are buried, is online in Russian at:

The cemetery sites offer photos of headstones, printed names, and dates (where possible), etc. Many of the headstones have images of those interned, as is often found in Russian cemeteries. The cemeteries are listed by city locations with links to each cemetery. I have listed them below, with numbers in parentheses representing the number of cemeteries in a particular location. If you use the Chrome browser with automatic translations, it is easy to read the printed information in English. I see that there are also buttons available for English, Hebrew, and German at the top, right side of the page. In addition, there is a search box which requests the input of: Surname, First Name, Country, City, Cemetery, but you probably need to do this in Russian Cyrillic:
Arzamas (Tikhvin), Vladimir (2), Ekaterinburg (North), Yoshkar-Ola (Markova), Kazan (3), Kaluga, Kiev, Mariupol, Moscow (5), Nizhny Novgorod (4), Noginsk, Omsk, Perm (2), Poltava, Pochel, Samara (4), Solar, Tver, Tobolsk, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk (2), Ufa (3), Chelyabinsk
